  2. Order Cancellation by MbyM:

    • We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to:
      • Unavailability of the product(s).
      • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information.
    • If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are only applicable for eligible products and under the following circumstances:
      • Defective or damaged products received by the customer.
      • Wrong products delivered.
      • Non-receipt of the product within the specified delivery timeline.

    • Please allow, 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Returns and Exchanges for Perfect Condition Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition, exactly as ordered. However, if you receive a product that has been wrongfully delivered (not matching your order confirmation) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are ready to assist you by re-fulfilling your order. 

Process for Return or Exchange

We aim to deliver defect-free products. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 24 hours of delivery, subject to product warranties. In case you do not like a product upon receipt of the same, you are liable to ship it back to us in its original condition at your expense within 48 hours of receipt. 

To report any damage during transit or an item that is wrongfully delivered, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide us with your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and include an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.


Our dedicated customer care team will promptly investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours. Considering the unique nature of our products, we retain the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for each situation. Each return or exchange request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to reach out to our team for swift resolution.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • Refusal to accept the package by the recipient.
  • Rejection of the package after delivery or due to a sudden change of plans, in which case delivery charges will apply for the round trip.
